Location Manager/Funeral Director

Cody Guidry, the Location Manager/Funeral Director at Miguez Funeral Home since 2012, takes great pride in providing assistance and comfort to families during their moments of loss. What truly stands out for Cody is the community he serves, where everyone is treated with respect and a sense of being part of one big family. Cody’s unique strength lies in his compassion and his ability to empathize by putting himself in the shoes of the grieving families, making him exceptional at addressing their needs. In his personal life, Cody is actively involved in youth sports as the President of Hathaway Little Dribblers and Hathaway Little League. Additionally, he serves as an Assistant Coach for the Hathaway Lady Hornet Basketball Team.
Kevin C. Klein

Kevin C. Klein

Funeral Director/Embalmer

Kevin Klein has been a dedicated Funeral Director/Embalmer at Miguez Funeral Home since 1992. His passion lies in supporting families and guiding them through their difficult moments. What makes Kevin stand out is his deep appreciation for the way his community comes together to offer mutual support and care. Kevin brings a wealth of experience to his role, having graduated from Lake Arthur High School in 1981 and excelling as a 1993 graduate from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service with Honors and Distinction. In his personal life, Kevin cherishes spending time with his family. He has a deep love for classic country music and enjoys watching timeless TV shows.

Hunter Crader

Intern Funeral Director

Hunter proudly serves as a funeral director intern and has been with the Miguez family since 2016. He was born and raised in Jennings, LA, and is a Class of 2013, graduate of Jennings High School. With over 15 years as a first responder to his community and many years in the funeral industry, Hunter has the experience of serving families with reverence, compassion, and dedication. He takes pride in serving the families of the Jennings area and Southwest Louisiana in their time of need. Hunter is a member of Our Savior’s Church and serves as a trail guide leader for Trail-Life USA at First Baptist Church.  He is also a volunteer with Jeff Davis Fire District #1. Out of work, he cherishes spending time with his wife, Mary, their two beautiful children, Marshall, and Ivy, and his four-legged pal, Reece.
Nicki Guidry

Nicki Guidry

Pre-Arrangement Counselor

Nicki is a graduate of Hathaway High School and a 2003 graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Mass Communication and concentration in Public Relations. She joined Miguez Funeral Home in 2015 as a pre-arrangement counselor. She is married to Cody Guidry and has three children, Sienna, Noah and Adeline.

Roberta “Bertie” Pinch

Secretary

Roberta “Bertie” Pinch has been member of Miguez Funeral Home since 2009, serving as the Secretary. Her role allows her to connect with people during challenging times and guide them through a process that can be emotionally difficult. What sets Bertie apart is her strong sense of community, where everyone feels like a friend or family. She finds great comfort in the way people come together to support one another during times of need. Bertie is an active member of Bethel Church. Her unique qualities include being approachable, empathetic, and always ready to lend a listening ear to stories about loved ones, offering comfort, prayer, and assistance as needed. In her personal life, Bertie thoroughly enjoys people, reading, and genealogy research. Her spare moments are often spent at their camp in Toledo Bend, where she relishes the beauty of the lake and observes the rich bird and animal life in the surrounding forest.

Andrea Louviere Fruge

Hostess

Andrea Louviere Fruge has been a Hostess/Housekeeper at Miguez Funeral Home since 2019. Having lived in the community for 43 years, Andrea is deeply appreciative of the friendly nature of the people around her. She actively participates in her community by serving on the Board of Directors for “A Block off Broadway.” She is also a valued member of First Baptist Church. Andrea’s caregiving skills, honed over 12 years of taking care of the elderly, have equipped her with patience, understanding, and essential management, communication, and organizational abilities, enabling her to go above and beyond in fulfilling families needs. In her personal life, Andrea is the proud parent of two grown children, Liliane and Leon Fruge, and a doting grandparent to Ruston and Magnolia. She is known for her reliability and outgoing nature. She enjoys long walks in nature to unwind.
