Visitation for Mrs. Stackhouse will be held Sunday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Miguez Funeral Home. It will resume at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning at Jennings United Methodist Church and continue until service time.

Mrs. Stackhouse was a devoted member of Jennings United Methodist Church and a member of the choir for many years.  She loved to cook and bake and many will remember her efforts well.  She also enjoyed touring and traveling to different plantations.  Mrs. Stackhouse retired from Sears after twenty-nine years of service.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Rosalie Patridge Anding and her sister, Rosalie Trahan.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Allan Stackhouse; daughter Julie (Earl) Sparks of Jennings; son Ricky (Connie) Stackhouse of Lake Charles; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and her Aunt Dorothy Patridge Zoghby.
