Winston Lynn Dupuis, Sr.

Lake Arthur Funeral services for Mr. Winston “Booger” Dupuis, Sr., 70 will be held on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Msgr. Ronald Groth officiating. Visitation hours on Monday, October 19, 2015 will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. A rosary will be recited at 1:00 p.m. Mr. Dupuis” s wishes were to be cremated and will be spread on Koto, a place he dearly loved. He died Thursday, October 15, 2015 at his residence in Sulphur, LA. Mr. Dupuis was a native of Jennings and resident of Sulphur for the past twenty years. He worked for Mike Hooks Towing, he was a tugboat captain and he enjoyed working his cows on Koto. He is survived by a daughter, Racheal (Neyland) Mathews of Lake Arthur, a step-daughter, Alisha Norwood of Lake Charles and three sons; Winston “Bubba” (Rene’) Dupuis, Jr. of Lake Arthur, Cody (Heather) Dupuis of Lake Arthur, Travis Dupuis of Lake Arthur, and two step-sons, Justin (Brittany) Norwood of Sulphur and Derek (Bethany) Norwood of Sulphur, 11 grandchildren and seven great -grandchildren. Mr. Dupuis is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Dupuis, his parents, Alpha and Agnes Broussard Dupuis, two sisters, Betty Jean Monceaux and Beatrice Davis, two brothers, Melvin and Wilbert Dupuis, a grandson, Jace Dupuis and numerous nieces and nephews.
