William "Bill" Ira Cummings

Bill Cummings, 68, of Sulphur, LA passed away on February 19, 2021.

Bill was born on Feb 3, 1953 in New Rochelle, NY to Morton Phillip Cummings and Marylyn Reiskins.  He loved woodworking making shelves and cabinets. Bill loved his profession of being a computer programmer and playing on his computer.

Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 38 years, Brenda Prater Cummings; two sisters, Nancy Johnson and Michelle Cummings; and family dog “Po”.  He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

The family respectfully asks that visitors wear masks and practice social distancing, adhering to local regulations regarding COVID-19. 

Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Carlyss with Rabbi Baruch Weinstein officiating. A time of fellowship will be from 9:00 AM until time of service at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Carlyss.

Cremation was entrusted to Miguez Funeral Home.
