JENNINGS Funeral services for Mr. Wilfred Lee Broussard, 86, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2009 in Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church with Msgr. Ronald Groth officiating. Burial with Military Graveside Honors will be in Greenwood Cemetery under direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. Funeral home visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., today, Tuesday; and 8:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. today, Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Broussard died at 9:30 a.m., Sunday, March 15, 2009 in the Dubuis Hospital of Lake Charles. Born in Lake Arthur, October 20, 1922 to Gabe and Elizabeth Derouen Broussard. He enjoyed serving in the Pacific Theater of the Navy in World War II. He lived in Jennings and worked for Gulf States as an electrician for forty years. He was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church. Mr. Fix It is survived by his wife Dorothy Lognion Broussard, one last brother, Gabe Broussard of Bossier City; daughter Sandra B. Guillory of Lake Charles; grandson, Chris Guillory and wife Nedra of Carlyss; granddaughter Annette G. Habetz and husband Marty of Longville. Also his four great-grandchildren, Megan and Hunter Guillory and Ethan and Caroline Habetz.
