Funeral services for Mr. Vincent Wayne Broussard, 69 of Lake Arthur will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Miguez Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Roland Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mr. Broussard will begin Sunday morning, February 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.  A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m.  It will continue Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.

Mr. Broussard was born on December 2, 1951 in Lake Arthur to Curtis and Clara Bouley Broussard.  He was a lifelong resident of Lake Arthur.  Wayne was a carpenter and handyman by trade.  He loved playing music on his drums and he enjoyed cooking.  He was a friend to all.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Tina Broussard; his mother, Clara Broussard of Lake Arthur; one daughter, Connie Hoffman and husband David of Groves, TX; stepson, Hutch Pellerin and his wife Meghan of Lake Arthur; two sisters, Shirley Horton of Beaumont, TX and Jackie Johnson and husband Roger of Kinder; two brothers, Ricky Broussard and wife Angie of Jennings and Brian Broussard and wife Susan of Lake Arthur and six grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, Curtis Broussard of Lake Arthur; a son, Roderick “Pig” Broussard; one grandchild, Noah Pellerin and his father-in-law Roycie Pellerin.

Carrying Wayne to his place of eternal rest will be Brian Broussard, Roger Johnson, Ricky Boudreaux, Gary Guidry, Boo Monceaux and Terry Monceaux.
