Virgie Seaman

Jennings Virgie Seaman of Jennings, La. passed away at the Jeff Davis Living Center on October 23, 2010. Virgie Reeves Seaman was born on May 9, 1915 in Bogue Chitto, Mississippi to J. A. and Martha Reeves. She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and six brothers and by her husband, Willie Seaman. She had been a resident of Jennings for over sixty years. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Jennings where she was a faithful member and worker. Visitation will be at the First Pentecostal Church on Monday, October 25, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Church on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. James Townley, III officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings.
