Violet Marie Istre

Memorial services for Mrs. Violet Marie Istre, 39, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Clint Trahan officiating.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon Wednesday and continue until time of service.

Ms. Istre died at 10:00 a.m., Sunday, January 21, 2018 in her residence in Morse.

Ms. Istre was a lifelong resident of the Morse area. She loved going to the library, doing puzzles, singing and taking care of her children.

She is survived by four daughters, Kaleigh Istre and Naadaijhaa Lagarde both of Morse, Alexis and Cammy Boulet both of Eunice; one son, Jeffery Boulet of Eunice; her mother, Christina Ann Istre; half-brothers, John, Anthony and Jimmy Romero and Robert Bott.
