The family of Mr. Raymond Todd Brown, 52, of Iowa, announces his passing on March 31, 2024 in Houston.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Arthur.

Mr. Brown was born on June 1, 1971, in Jennings to Raymond and Ann Trahan Brown.  He graduated from high school and joined the United States Army.  Once he entered private life he became an educator. His favorite place to be, was visiting family in Alaska and spending time at his family farm. He enjoyed hunting and blade smithing. He was a proud veteran and above all he loved his family.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 25 years, Monica Benoit Brown; his parents, Raymond, and Ann Brown; daughters, Jasmin Conner, Katie Conner Davis, and Tiffany Conner; sister, Niki Brown Arabie; brother Aaron Brown; five grandchildren, Kirsten Duprie, Mika Duprie, Laken Conner, Zuri Davis and Thatcher Moe; three great grandchildren; two nieces; two nephews, and his beloved dog Gypsy.

In accordance with Todd’s wishes, his family has chosen cremation under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
