A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Thomas Ardoin, 89, of Welsh, will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church with Rev. Susil Fernando officiating. 

A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. just before the service.

Mr. Ardoin was born on October 27, 1933, in Welsh, to Adrien Clyde and Margaret LeGros Ardoin.   He was very proud to have served his country honorably in the United States Navy.  Upon coming home, he worked as a lineman in electrical construction. He was a lifelong member of OLSD, a member of the Knights of Columbus Post #2855, member of the VFW Post #9046, and a Welsh Greyhound Backer.

Mr. Ardoin married the love of his life, Deanie Bertrand Ardoin and they spent 65 wonderful years together.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Deanie Bertrand Ardoin; daughters, Leisa, Karen and Chelsey all of Welsh; sister, Lena Benoit of Houston, TX; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; and a son, Butch Ardoin.

The family has chosen cremation under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
