LAKE ARTHUR

Funeral services for Ms. Theresa Ardoin Coles, 60, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 21, 2014 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Pastor Blaine St. Germain officiating.

Burial will be in the Andrus Cove Cemetery.

Funeral home visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., Thursday; and 8:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.

Ms. Coles died at 3:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at her residence in Lake Arthur.

Ms. Coles was a native of Jennings and a resident of Lake Arthur for 20 years moving there from Jennings. She was a mixologist at Delias Mad House in Lake Arthur and always had a smile. She could make anyone laugh, that was very contagious and distinctive, she was a breast cancer survivor, loved her family and friends. She loved and cherished her grandchildren, loved spending time outdoors with Charlie planting flowers and gardening and cook-outs.

Survivors include her life partner, Charlie Dugas of Lake Arthur; two daughters, Stephanie Coles LaComb of Lake Arthur and Markeitha Kitty Coles Fontenot of Jennings; Step Children, Daron Cade Dugas and Emily Claire Dugas, both of Lake Charles; three sisters, Carole Angelloz and husband Johnnie of Grosse Tete, Lovey Reed of Jennings, Patricia Buch and husband Graylon of Jennings; four brothers, Butch Reed of Greenwell Springs, Randy Reed and wife Lura of Grosse Tete, Roy Ardoin of Rapid City, MI, Al Ardoin and wife Della of Moss Bluff; three grandchildren, David Babineaux, Damon Fontenot, Ivy Fontenot; and two great grandchildren, Kamiron Joseph Chaisson and Austin Gage Babineaux.
