Tanise Guillory, Jr.

Funeral services for Mr. Tanise Joseph Guillory, Jr., 69, of Lake Arthur will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Rev. Jay Alexius officiating. Burial will follow in Thornwell Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mr. Guillory will begin Monday, February 5, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. and continue until 9:00 p.m. A rosary will recited at 6:00 p.m. Monday evening. Visitation will resume Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.

Mr. Guillory was born in Mamou on November 20, 1948. He worked as a Production Foreman in the Oil & Gas Production industry.

He is survived by his wife, Loretta Guillory; a daughter, Liz Guillory Collins and husband David and a son, Norris Guillory, all of Lake Arthur. He is also survived by two brothers, Raymond Guillory of Vinton and Wayne Guillory of Lake Arthur, six grandchildren, Tabetha and husband Chris, Morgan and husband Allen, Sage and husband Ryan, Kinley, Chloe and Rossley and one great grandchild, Eli.

Preceding Mr. Guillory in death were his parents, Tanise and Elliana Thibodeaux Guillory; eight brothers, Lennie, Lennis”Big”, Ivan, John Darrell, Norris, Rossley, Allen and Richard Guillory.
