Steven Glen Bonin

Lake Arthur Funeral services for Mr. Steven Glen Bonin, 60, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 23, 2009 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Matt Sias officiating. Burial will be in Andrus Cove Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur. Funeral home visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. today, Sunday and from 8:00 a.m. Monday until the time of service. Mr. Bonin died at 6:50 a.m. Saturday, November 21, 2009 in the Jennings American Legion Hospital. Mr. Bonin was a native of Gueydan and resident of Lake Arthur. He had worked as a roughneck in the oilfield. He is survived by two daughters; Monti Duhon and husband Dean of Jennings and Sharee Perrin and husband Shawn, Sr. of Gueydan, three sons; Gustin Bonin of Lake Arthur, Steven Allen Bonin of Jennings and Dylan Chiasson of Jennings, his mother; Georgia Barbee Radke of Jennings, a sister; Vivian Beany Lee Bonin of Lake Arthur, two brothers; Donald Keith Bonin and Clifford James Bonin and wife Christine all of Lake Arthur, six grandchildren; Trey Carman, Cydney Melancon, Shawn Perrin, Jr., Payton Duhon, Taylor Duhon and Jade Boudreaux. Mr. Bonin was preceded in death by his father, Gustave Joseph Bonin; his step-father, Eldon Radke; a daughter, Sandi Lynn Bonin; a brother, Michael Allen Bonin and a sister, Linda Gayle Bonin. Pallbearers will be Gustin Bonin, Steven Allen Bonin, Michael Chiasson, Dean Duhon, Brock Fontenot and Shawn Perrin, Sr. Honorary pallbearers will be Gate Richard and Darrel Broussard
