Sharon Ann "Sissy" Legros

Lake Arthur Funeral services for Miss Sharon Sissy LeGros, 53 will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2012 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel of Lake Arthur with Deacon Mike Tramel officiating. Burial will be in the Andrus Cove Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur. Visitation will held from 3 PM until 9 PM Friday, February 24, 2012 and Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 8 AM until the time of service. A rosary led by Mr. Alvin Richard will be recited Friday evening at 7 PM. Sissy was called home to her final resting place on Thyrsday, February 23, 2012 at Golden Age of Welsh Nursing Home. Sissy was a native and lifelong resident of Jennings. She was a very friendly, fun-loving, caring person. Sissy loved to play bingo, loved playing with her cards and baby dolls, coloring, and loved rocking small babies. Sissy leaves behind a sister, Alta LeGros Eaglin (Henry); two brothers, Frankie and Harry LeGros and four nieces, Britney Crochet, Lacie LeGros, Bethany Crochet and Kalie LeGros and two nephews, Cory Crochet and Jacob Crochet and one great nephew, Lucus Crochet. Pallbearers will be Cory Crochet, Jacob Crochet, Bethany Crochet, Kirk Guidry, Tom Durkes and Bradly Durkes. Honorary pallbearers will be Harry LeGros, Scooter Britt and Frankie LeGros. Sissy was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rosa Belle Martin LeGros.
