JENNINGS Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Lincecum Campbell, 80, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2008 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings with Rev. Darrell Hieronymous officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Funeral home visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. today, Friday; and 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services. Mrs. Campbell died at 9:24 a.m., Thursday, August 7, 2008 in the Jennings American Legion Hospital. Mrs. Campbell was a native of Trout, LA and a resident of Roanoke 40+ years. She owned and operated Ruths Coffee Shop in Jennings for over three decades. She was known as the biscuit queen. SURVIVORS: (3) Daughters: Sandra Hargrave and husband Jerry, Sr.-Roanoke Carla Cormier and husband Bobby-Welsh Sharon Taylor and husband Steve-Jennings (3) Sons: William Campbell and wife Maudry-Donaldsonville Tommy Campbell and wife Julie-Roanoke Ronnie Campbell-Jennings Step-Children: Elnore White-Nederland, TX Farrell Campbell-Pollock Ara Leonards-Bunkie (16) Grandchildren (23) Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by her parents, T. Reynolds and Ella Viola Taylor Lincecum; her husband, Mr. Ira A. Campbell; grandchild, Hayley Campbell; step-children, Jim Campbell, Edwin Campbell, Barrett Campbell and Elridge Campbell.
