Russie Mary Morine

Lake Arthur Funeral services for Ms. Russie Mary Morine, 83 will be held Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lamarylis Cotton officiating. Burial will be in Andrus Cove Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur. Funeral home visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2010 until 10:00 p.m. Sunday visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until time of service. Ms. Morine died Friday, July 16, 2010 at 7:22 a.m. in the Jennings Guest House. Ms. Morine was a native of Lake Arthur and resident of Lake Charles. She lived in Jennings for the past three months. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and former owner of Tampico Lounge in Lake Charles. She loved dancing and Cajun music. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Kay Prather of Jennings and Mandy Lynn Delcambre of Lake Charles; a son, Ronald Delcambre of Acapulco, Mexico and a sister, Norma Broussard and husband August of Lake Arthur; five grandchildren and tthree great grandchildren. Ms. Morine was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Etulia Gary Monceaux; a sister, Marie Spell and three brothers, Nick, Dallas and Melton Monceaux.
