Ross Mark Cormier

JENNINGS Ross Mark Cormier, age 39, passed away in Baton Rouge on April 24, 2012. He was born in Jennings on April 9, 1973. He loved golfing, computer work, cooking and his salt water aquarium. He graduated from Jennings High in 1991 and from LSU with a B.S. in chemical engineering. He worked as a computer systems analyst for several firms and traveled extensively in Europe and in the U.S. He is survived by his parents Alfred J. Cormier and Catherine Kay Cormier, his brother, Bryan J. Cormier and his fiance Tamara LaRocca, all of Westlake, LA. Preceeding him in death are his maternal grandparents Orval C. and Alta Barker and his paternal grandparents Linick and Elena Cormier and also his super smart pet dog Max. Services will be held as follows: viewing from 5 pm to 9 pm on Friday, April 27, and on Saturday, April 28, from 8 am to 11 am at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings, LA. Services will begin at 11 am Saturday, in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Blaine Clement officiating. Burial will follow at Green Oaks Cemetery in Kinder, LA
