Ronald James Suarez

Jennings Funeral services for Mr. Ronald J. Suarez, 55, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 1, 2014 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Charles McMillin officiating. Burial will be in the Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly, LA. Funeral home visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Friday; and 8:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m., Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Suarez died at 12:45 a.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at his residence in Jennings. Mr. Suarez was a resident of Jennings for two and a half years, living here with Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Taffie Duplichain and was a former resident of Eunice. He was a laborer for the city government. He was a member of the Catholic Church in Eunice. He loved being outside with his show roosters, enjoyed taking rides and watching wrestling. He loved his rock music and was very outgoing, good hearted and personable. Survivors include his wife, Marjean Suarez, two sisters, Linda Marie Chargois and husband Marvin of Sulphur, Tina Darlene Suarez of Sulphur; and one brother, David Wayne Suarez and wife Felicia of Westlake. Mr. Suarez is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Louella Duplichain Suarez.
