Robert Wallace

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Neal Wallace, a proud husband, father, brother, and grandfather, who left us on August 10, 2024, in Jennings, LA. Born in Conroe, TX, on February 24, 1950, Robert shared his life with his beloved wife of 51 years, Marcha Bertrand Wallace, and was a loving father to his daughters Rachael (Keith) Bollich and Mandy( Robby) Barousse.

Robert, a man who enjoyed horse racing, fishing, and spending time outdoors, dedicated his working life to the oil and gas industry as a Production Operator. He found joy in playing sports and raising horses, but his greatest happiness came from being surrounded by his family.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories to his brothers Cecil (Gail) and Paul (Sue) Wallace, his sisters Connie (Pat) Schexnayder and Karen Dietz, sister-in-law, Thas Wallace, and his grandchildren Ethan, Morgan, Anistan, Nathan Bollich, Vivian, and Hudson Barousse. Robert's life touched many, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; Clinton and Joyce Cole Wallace; brother, Rayford Wallace and his grandson, Christian Neal.

The family is honoring his wishes of cremation with no formal services under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
