Pamela Herndon

Pamela Rachelle Herndon, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on May 14, 1969, in Jennings, Louisiana, Pamela was a lifelong resident of her cherished hometown, where she embraced her role as a dedicated homemaker and nurtured her family with unwavering love.

Pamela will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Samuel Herndon; her sons, Trey (Lynzie) Herndon and Tannier (Cassidy Viator) Touchet; and her cherished grandchildren, Pierce, Gretchen, Adalyda, EmmyLou, and Izabella. She is also survived by her brothers, Keith (Michelle) Comeaux, Scotty (Tammy) Comeaux, and Michael Comeaux, who will carry her spirit in their hearts.

Known for her kindness and infectious smile, Pamela created an atmosphere of warmth and compassion within her home. She touched the lives of all who knew her and her legacy of love will continue to resonate in the hearts of her family and friends.

Pamela's funeral services will be held at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Visitation will continue on February 19, 2025, at 8:00 AM, leading up to the funeral service, which will begin at 11:00 AM. Pamela will be laid to rest at 12:00 PM on February 19, 2025, in the Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

In this time of sorrow, the family appreciates the outpouring of love and support from the community, which has been a source of comfort during this challenging time. Pamela's spirit will live on through the bonds she created and the love she shared.

Pamela was preceded in death by parents, Gabriel and Mary Hargrave Comeaux; sisters,Debra Comeaux, Bridget Durio; and her brother Kim Comeaux.
