Norma Dale Leblanc

Funeral services for Mrs. Norma Dale LeBlanc, 80, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 29, 2021, in Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Father Roland Vaughn officiating.

Burial will be in the Thornwell Cemetery under direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Mrs. LeBlanc died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 24, 2021, at 12:47 PM.

Mrs. LeBlanc was a lifelong resident of Thornwell.  She was a 1960 graduate of Lake Arthur high School.  She had a passion for sewing and baking. She made many cakes and outfits for special occasions.  Her greatest passion was having her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren around.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Fannell LeBlanc of Lake Arthur and Tonya Cirrito of Thornwell; her sons and daughter-in-law, Mahlon and Rana LeBlanc of Lake Arthur and Damian LeBlanc of Thornwell; sister, Ann “Baby Ann” Guillory of Thornwell; 6 grandchildren, Brandon and Joe Abshire, Chris, Dylan, Andre and Maitlan LeBlanc and 9 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert “Red” LeBlanc and her parents, Lilton “Chuck” and Amy Louviere.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons and her godchild, Shannon Guillory.

Honorary pallbearer will be her granddaughter.
