The family of Nicholas Ross Johnson, 41, of Mermentau, La, announces his passing on April 7, 2024.

Visitation will be held on Thursday April 11, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., which will be the time to depart to his final place of rest. Burial will take place in Mermentau Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Nicholas was born on March 4, 1983, in Lake Charles, La, to Johnnie Johnson and Ruby Perry Johnson. Nicholas was a kind and warm-hearted man. He loved his family and cherished life. He will always hold a special place in our hearts and will never be forgotten.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Ruby Johnson; sister, Rhonda (Richard) McNabb; brothers, John (Connie) Johnson, Jr., Mike Johnson and Kevin (Katina) Johnson; aunt, Betty Viator; and a host of extended family and friends.

He now rejoices in heaven with his father, Johnnie Johnson; and his sister, Donna Johnson.
