Mildred Crochet Vincent

A Mass of Christian Burial for Ms. Mildred Marie Crochet Vincent, 89, of Jennings, will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church with Rev. Keith Pellerin officiating.  Burial will follow in Bertrand Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Ms. Vincent will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the church and  continue until the service begins at 10:30 a.m.

Ms. Vincent was born on November 24, 1933, in Jennings, to Theo and Olita Clement Crochet.  She was a homemaker.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are two daughters, Debbie (Mason) LeJeune of Jennings, and Polly Scott of Moss Bluff; a son, Calvin (Velina) Mire of Jennings; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Mire; parents, Theo and Olita Crochet; two sisters, Diana McFarlain and Ada Mae Crochet; two brothers, Thomas Crochet and Jeffrey Crochet and a son in law, Paul Scott.
