Mildred Anna Lejeune

JENNINGS Funeral services for Mrs. Michael (Mildred Ducharme) LeJeune, 67, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 4, 2013 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Broussard officiating. Burial will be in the St. Jules Church Cemetery. Funeral home visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Thursday; and 10:00 a.m. Friday until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m., Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Mrs. LeJeune was a native of Jennings and a resident of Youngsville since 1978. She was a graduate of Jennings High School, class of 1965. She loved children and did babysitting for 34 years and was Nanny or MilMil to everyone. She loved her pet cats, flowers, potting plants, mowing grass, cooking and canning food. Survivors include her husband, Michael (Mickey) LeJeune; one daughter, Nicole LeJeune of New Iberia; two sisters, Erma Gary of Youngsville, Elaine Picard and husband RoyLee of Vacation; two brothers, Eugene Ducharme and wife Carolyn of Vinton, and Ricky Ducharme and wife Peggy of Evanston, WY. Mrs. LeJeune was preceded in death by her parents, Theadore and Anna Bernard Ducharme; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Leo and ; two brothers-in-law; Steven LeJeune and Daniel Gary and one sister-in-law; Patricia Landry. Pallbearers will be Randy Campbell, Dannon Campbell, Andy Burley, Steve Miller, Kenny Menard and Garrett Menard.
