Funeral services for Mr. Michael Aguillard, 76, of Lake Arthur, will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Jay Alexis officiating.

Burial will be in the Andrus Cove Cemetery.

Funeral home visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.

Mr. Aguillard passed away at 1:48 p.m., Monday, January 13, 2020 in his residence.

He was a lifelong resident of Lake Arthur and a graduate of Lake Arthur High School class of 1961. He received his degree in AgriBusiness from USL in 1968. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council 3012.

Survivors include his wife, MaryAmy Broussard Aguillard of Lake Arthur; one daughter, Jeannine (Joe) Rick of Lake Arthur; Jerry (Kelly) Aguillard of Lafayette; two sisters, Emelie Aguillard Baker of Lake Arthur, Yvonne Aguillard Colonna of San Marcos, Texas; grandchildren, Daniel Rick, Ami McGee, Austin Aguillard, Chandler Aguillard, Trey Rick; and 3 great granddaughters, Evangeline Rick, Harper Rick and Skylar McGee.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Windall and Florence Guidry Aguillard; two brothers, Peter and Paul Aguillard, and son, Joel Aguillard.
