JENNINGS Mrs. Martha Jane Daigle Authement, 71, died at 2:05 p.m., Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her home in Jennings. Mrs. Authement’s body was cremated under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. A graveside service will be held at 4:30 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2015 in the Riverside Cemetery with Mark Boudreaux officiating. Mrs. Authement was a lifelong resident of Jennings and a homemaker. She is survived by a very special person, Danny Fontenot; four daughters, Fayola Lott and husband Bobby, Lorita Martin and husband Paul, Rachel Authement all of Texarkana, Texas, Autumn Traccy Boudreaux and husband Cody of Jennings; four sons, Claude Authement, Jr. of Rolley, Missouri, Samson Authement of Texarkana, Texas, Ray Authement of Jennings, Michael Authement and wife Melissa of Stillwater, Oklahoma; 26 grandchildren and 12 grandchildren. Mrs. Authement is preceded in death by her parents, Wilson and Myrtle Hebert Daigle; one daughter, Claudette Daigle and one son, James Authement. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to CADA (Communities Against Domestic Abuse), Post Office Box 826, Jennings, LA 70546.
