LAKE ARTHUR Louise Breedlove was born in Sulphur, LA December 1, 1926 to Edward Parker Martin and Anaice Broussard Martin. She was a resident of Lake Arthur since 1929. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 6, 2011 in Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Rev. Charles McMillin officiating. Funeral home visitation will be Sunday, June 5th from 1:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; and 8:00 a.m. Monday, June 6th until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, June 5, 2011 in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will be in the St. Anthony Mausoleum under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur. Mrs. Breedlove died at 7:45 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2011. Mrs. Breedlove was a native of Sulphur and a resident of Lake Arthur 81 years. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church where she served as Lay Minister and was a member of the Catholic Daughters. She worked the polls for many years as a commissioner and commissioner in charge. She is survived by her husband of nearly 66 years, Isaac David Breedlove, two daughters, Cynthia Breedlove of Lake Arthur, Kaye Hackett and husband Robert of Lake Arthur; one sister, Cam Pearson of Houma, LA, three grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Edward Buddy Martin. Pallbearers will be Rhett Hackett, Jared Still, Byron Pearson, Randy Martin, Kent Martin and Kevin Martin.
