Funeral services for Mrs. Lorita J. Robin, 90, of Lake Arthur will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel (Lake Arthur) with Rev. Jay Alexius officiating.  Burial will follow in Saints Peter and Paul Mausoleum in Scott under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

A short visitation for friends and family will be held Friday, July 24 beginning at 9:30 a.m. and concluding with the service at 11:00 a.m.

Mrs. Robin was a high school graduate and a homemaker. She moved to Lake Arthur about two years ago after having been a resident of the Duson area for 88 years.

She is survived by her son Lawrence Edward Robin of Lake Arthur; her caregiver whom she referred to as “Little Girl”, Almie Langlinais and companion Mike Whipple and a nephew, Reynold Begnaud, that called her “Nanny” as she was like a mother to him and a grandson by heart who loved her dearly, John Tyler Langlinais.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Robin; her parents, Edward and Isaure Domingue Jenkins; sister, Ena Begnaud; two brothers, Grady Jenkins and her twin, Larry Jenkins.
