Leon Wagner George, Jr.

JENNINGS Graveside services for Mr. Leon W. George, Jr., 76, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in the Greenwood Cemetery with Bro. Jack Harris officiating. Mr. George died at 6:40 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2013 in the Camelot Brookside Nursing Home in Jennings. Mr. George was a native of Annapolis, Maryland and a resident of Jennings since 1985. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a data technician. He loved rocking in his chair. He is survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leon W. and Emma Butson George, Sr. Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings is in charge of arrangements.
