Lawana Lynn Abarca

JENNINGS Mrs. Lawana Lynn LeJeune Abarca, 52, died at 9:19 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2015 in the Jennings American Legion Hospital. It was Mrs. Abarca’s wishes to be cremated. Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Abarca enjoyed doing crafts and loved her grandchildren and family. Survivors include one daughter, Kathleen LeJeune and husband Simon Henry LeJeune of Bonaire, GA; one son, Alan LeJeune of Shreveport; her mother, Kathleen Godeaux LeJeune of Jennings; three sisters, Claudette Steele of Mississippi, Charlotte Whittington and husband Jim of Jennings, Karen LeJeune of Lafayette; and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Sherman Duley LeJeune.
