Funeral services for Mr. Larry Joseph Gary, 72, of Jennings, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday March 06, 2022, in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Mike Tramel officiating.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 05, 2022, from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will resume Sunday at 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Gary Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Mr. Larry passed away peacefully in his home Thursday, March 03, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born February 19, 1950, to Amede and Onelia Gary, Sr. in Jennings, Louisiana. He was in the National Guard for 6 years and was also a Tool Pusher for Nabors Drilling USA for 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, going to the casino, and playing cards. He loved to help at his friend’s store making sausage and most of all, he enjoyed life.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 51 years, Anita Quebedeaux Gary; daughters, Kathy Jo Gary of Hathaway, and Jami Simoneaux of Jennings; brothers, Terry (Becky) Gary of Hathaway, Amada (Barbara) Gary Jr. of Jennings, Billy (Gladys) Gary of Hathaway; 3 grandchildren, Lane Richard, and Drew and Mina Simoneaux.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jeff Gary, Sr.
