Lake Arthur
Memorial services for Kirk Patrick Bolfa, Jr., 27, will be held on Wednesday March 9, 2022, in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Arthur at 2:00 p.m. with Father Trey Ange officiating.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Kirk was born February 22, 1995, to his mother, Diane Trahan and his father, Kirk Bolfa, Sr. He was raised in his hometown of Lake Arthur, Louisiana, but he was currently living in Cabot, Arkansas. Kirk served his country honorable in the United States Army National Guard from 2012 to 2017. He enjoyed the outdoors where he loved to hunt and fish. He was a dedicated and hard-working person. Kirk was a real “Joker”, although he was known as the “Batman”. He was fearless and enjoyed making others laugh with his many jokes and stunts. He was a loving father, son, brother, nephew, and friend to many. His family was very important to him.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents; daughter, Annabeth Bolfa; sister, Halli Bolfa; maternal grandfather, Jimmy Lejeune; and extended family members, Chad Miers and family, Allen Sexton and family and Marlin Price and family.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rosemary Adickes LeJeune and J.W. Trahan; Paternal grandparents, Ferril, Sr. and Della Bolfa; great-grandmother, Helen Adickes; uncle, Donald “Dino” Adickes; and his Padan, Ferril Bolfa, Jr.
