Kirk "Bubba" Lejeune

Services for Mr. Kirk “Bubba” LeJeune, 42 of Lake Arthur will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Arthur with friends and family memorializing Mr. LeJeune.

Visitation for Mr. LeJeune will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 13 and continue until service time at 6:30 p.m., with a Rosary being recited at 6:00 p.m.

Mr. LeJeune was born on February 5, 1978 in Lafayette to Crawford Joseph LeJeune and Melissa Eve Broussard.  He passed away on January 9, 2021 in Lafayette General Hospital after a brief illness.  He graduated from Lake Arthur High School in 1997 and attended college.  He was the proprietor of a small engine repair business.  He thoroughly enjoyed taking pictures so that others could see the beautiful scenery as he saw it.

Mr. LeJeune loved his fur baby, Ziggy.  He was always the life of the party, telling stories that would have everyone laughing heartily.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Crawford Joseph LeJeune; sisters, Macera LeJeune of Lake Arthur and Sheree LeJeune of Crowley; brothers, Roger LeJeune of Roberts Cove, Isaiah LeJeune of Kentucky and Jeremiah LeJeune of Crowley; his nephew, Larry Lee LaPoint II “Leroy”, nieces, Lennox, Addison and Mayleigh LeJeune and his dearest friends, Liz and Dave Collins, Ryan Savoie, Stacie Rabalais Larry, Brandi Smith, Brandy Johnson and Duke Broussard.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Melissa Eve Broussard.

Services and cremation are under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
