Kirby L Winn

Funeral services for Mrs. Kirby Winn, 93, of Lake Arthur, will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jered Thomas.  Burial services will follow in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mrs. Winn will begin on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. and continue until 8:00 p.m.  It will resume Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and continue until the time of service.

Mrs. Winn was born on March 17, 1930, in Lake Arthur, to Willie Leblanc, Sr. and Lucille Duhon.  She was a homemaker and took great pride in creating a loving home for her husband and children.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, J. B. Winn; daughter, Carol Ann (James) Holford; two sons, Raymond Andrus, and David Andrus;  and one brother, Paul Leblanc, and.; eleven grandchildren, David Andrus, Jr., Misty Savrio, Charlene Andrus Oliver, April Andrus Fontenot, Clinton Andrus, Jason Andrus, Kimberly Schexnider Guillory, Rufus Comeaux III, Toni Andrus, and Cruz Smith; nineteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Susan Schexnider; granddaughter, Patricia Andrus and 3 brothers, Russell Leblanc, J. B. Leblanc and Willie Leblanc, Jr. and two sisters, Hazel Fontenot and Nancy Gary.
