Kevin Kent Gatte, 58, of Jennings, Louisiana passed away August 26, 2017 at St. Patrick’s Hospital of Lake Charles.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Kwiatkowski Gatte of Oberlin; his mother, Patricia Gale O’Brien of Crowley; his father, Terry Lee Gatte of Evangeline; three daughters, Kecia (Ludren) LaPoint of Jennings, Heather Gatte of Jennings, Alicia Gatte Lopez of Jennings; one son, Cody Gatte of Jennings; four sisters, Karen Denise (Dempsey) Guidry of Lake Charles, Tammy (David) Cormier of Duson, Christine (Jamie) Touchet of Jennings, Dana (Dustin) Bullock of Church Point; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was an avid gardener and loved to fish. He was happily married to the love of his life Pam, for the last eight months. Kevin was a sweet, loving man and would have done anything for his wife. He will be greatly missed.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017 at Calvary Cemetery in Jennings, LA.
