LAKE ARTHUR Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Ray Guidry, 35, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2015 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Rev. Clifton LeJeune officiating. Burial with Military Graveside Honors will be in the Andrus Cove Cemetery. Funeral home visitation was from 4:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday; and 8:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services. Mr. Guidry died at 4:32 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2015 in the Jennings American Legion Hospital. Mr. Guidry was a graduate of the Lake Arthur High School, class of 1999, and served in the U.S Navy as an electronic technician from 1999 until present. He loved to fish, kayak, ride his motorcycle, LSU, to cook and spend time with his beautiful “baby girl”. He is survived by his father, Allen Guidry of Jennings; his daughter, Alexis Guidry and her mother, Lisa Guidry both of Jacksonville, FL; two sisters, Julie A. Duhon of Jennings; Crystal Guidry-Robinson and husband Dee Donnell, Sr. of Odenton, MD, one brother, Marshal Guidry of Jennings, brother-in-law, Tony Duhon of Lake Arthur; six nephews, four nieces and numerous aunts and uncles. Pallbearers were Tony Duhon, Colbey Duhon, Marshall Guidry, Ryan Guidry, Braylen Primeaux and Ronnie Istre. Honorary Pallbearer was Darrion Stoute. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sybil Ann Benoit.
