Kelian Blaize Spell

LAKE ARTHUR Funeral services for Mr. Kelian Blaize Spell, 20, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2011 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Shell Beach Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur. Funeral home visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., today, Tuesday; and 8:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services. Mr. Spell died Sunday, July 3, 2011 in an automobile accident. Mr. Spell was a lifelong resident of Gueydan. He was a graduate of the Jeff Davis Home School, class of 2009. He loved to duck hunt with his dad and brother, working on old trucks, riding down back roads and playing with his buddies, Glacier and Tank. Survivors include his parents, Kulian and Michele Monvoisin Spell of Klondike; one brother, Fred Spell and wife Holly of Sulphur; aunts and uncles, Melanie and Brad Arthur of Jennings, James and Kara Monvoisin of Jennings, Denise and Ritchey Miller of Iota, Dianna Ryan of Jasper, Texas, Shirley Guillory and Bobby Spell both of Estherwood; grandparents, Mayola and Charlie Sonnier of Jennings, Colet Spell of Klondike; God Mother, Kim Alexander of Lake Arthur; nine cousins, B.J., Clinton, and Katie Arthur, Trevor and Reese Monvoisin, Brian Miller, Sarah Suire, Samantha Guillory, and Kendra Smith. He is prececed in death by his grandfathers Jimmy Monvoisin and Bobby Spell. Pallbearers will be Kulian Spell, Fred Spell, James Monvoisin, Bobby Spell, Cameron Hanks and Lt. Bobby Fontenot.
