Kathleen Deshotel Cormier, 68, of Lake Arthur passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 in the Jennings American Legion Hospital. She was born on January 13, 1952 in Thornwell.

Mrs. Cormier will be cremated under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

She is survived by her son, Eric Scott Broussard of South Dakota; a sister, Delores Gary of Denham Springs and her brother, Jim Deshotel of Coco Beach, Fl.

Preceding her in death were her husband, James Cormier; her parents, Alex and Mabel Miller Deshotel; one brother, Autrey Deshotel and two sisters Christine and Velma Deshotel.
