Karlin Ann Beard

Funeral services for Ms. Karlin Ann Beard, 67, of Lake Arthur, will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home in Lake Arthur with Deacon Mike Tramel officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Ms. Beard will begin on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the 2:00 p.m. service.  A rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m.

Ms. Beard was born on July 1, 1955, in Lake Arthur to parents, Ernest Beard and Nora Gotreaux Beard.   She lived in Lake Arthur her entire life and after high school and marriage stayed home to nurture her children.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Connie LeJeune of Lake Arthur; her son, Joseph LeJeune of Monroe; sisters, Thelma Kober of Moss Bluff, Josephine LaCombe, and Betty Hines, both of Lake Arthur; brothers, Russell Beard of Winnie, TX and Kenneth Beard of Crowley.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ernest Beard.
