Funeral services for Joseph Z. Tezeno, 21, of Lake Arthur, LA will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church of Lake Arthur with Pastor Jered Thomas officiating.  Cremation will follow under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the service time at 2:00 p.m.

Joseph was born on August 13, 2000, in Baytown, TX to Eric Tezeno and Dorothy Pardue Tezeno.  He graduated from Lake Arthur High School in 2018 and was currently enrolled at McNeese State University in Lake Charles as a Senior.  He was also a member of Theta Rho Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

Joseph leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Dorothy Tezeno of Port Arthur, TX; his dad, Eric Tezeno ; a sister, Joselyn Pardue; a brother, Jordan Tezeno; grandmothers, Florence Pardue and Alice Neal; Uncle Ray (Joni) Pardue, Aunt Renay (T.G.) Thomas, Aunt Melanie (Will) Patty, Aunt Mindy (Clayton) Hall, Uncle Herbert (MarLisa) Tezeno, Jr., Aunt Felicia (Kim) Harris, Uncle Brian Tezeno, Aunt Alona Tezeno; cousins, Chloe Patty, Jody Moore, Tyler Pardue, Siera Thomas, Carlee Pardue, Thomas Patty, Malloree Pardue, Hanna Thomas, Lindsey Hall and Meghann Hall, along with a multitude of friends.
