Joseph Kline Conner

Lake Arthur Funeral services of Mr. Joseph Kline Conner, 72 will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel of Lake Arthur. Brother Jason Brady will be officiating. Burial with Full Military Honors will be in the St. Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur Mr. Conner died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 9:10 a.m. in the Jennings American Legion Hospital. Funeral home visitation on Friday, March 29, 2013 will begin at 11:00 a.m, and will continue until the time of service on Saturday. A rosary will be recited on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Conner was a native of Church Point, LA., and a lifelong resident of Lake Arthur. He was a former member of the Lake Arthur V.F.W. He enjoyed watching western television movies. He is survived by a daughter; Melissa (Cecil) Freeman of Rayne, LA., and two sons; Anthony Joseph Conner and friend Sandra Faye Gary of Lake Arthur and Stephen Wade Conner and friend Stella of Lake Arthur; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Conner was preceded in death by his wife; Deanna Faye Guidry Conner and his parents, Clarence Joseph and Ezola Crader Conner.
