Jordan was born August 24, 1990, in Crowley to Johnny & Gwen Moore. Jordan worked as an ICE Technician for Entergy for 12 years. Jordan had the biggest heart, and he never met a stranger. He loved cutting up and enjoying time with family and friends. Jordan was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He loved going to the deer lease with his wife, kids, & parents. He enjoyed drinking his coffee and riding his side by side with his family. Jordan was so proud of his home and farm he built with his family. He was an amazing Nonk to Rory & Ollie. There was never a dull moment around Jordan and that big, goofy smile of his will be missed.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 9 years, Amanda Whiddon Moore of Hathaway; his three children, Warren Avery, John David, and Amelia Clare; his parents, Johnny & Gwen Moore of Hathaway; his sister, Maggie (Ben) Marsh of Hathaway; and his grandmother Virginia Gary of Jennings.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Avery Joseph (AJ) Gary.

Those chosen to honor him as his pallbearers will be Ben Marsh, Zach Lopez, Josh Prejean, Cade LeDoux, Gordon Hebert, and Grant Nordberg. Honorary pallbearers are Chad Gary, Craig Richard, Keno Lopez, Aaron Gary, Braeden Richard, and Matt Fontenot.
