Mrs. Landry was born in Westlake, LA on July 30, 1934 and completed her high school education.  She was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking.  She was also an active church member with her duties teaching catechism and the Ladies Altar Society. Mrs. Landry also enjoyed bowling.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Landry; her parents, William and Annie Guidry Daigle; her son in law Jerry Fontenot; two sisters and one brother.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Angie Fontenot of Evangeline, grandchildren, Nicole (Draper) Pillette, Tasha Fontenot, and Clifford Fontenot; great grandchildren, Sarah Savoie, Draper Pillette, Jr., Kayleigh Willis, Dralynn Pillette, Gabriel Willis, DeSean Pillette and Blaklyn Ortego.

A private burial was held on Sunday, August 26, 2018.
