Jerrod was a cattleman and a rancher and a friend to everyone he met.  If you needed help with anything concerning cattle or horses, Jerrod was the one to call and he would drop what he was doing to help you out.  He loved horses and trail riding and spent many happy hours with friends and family enjoying this pastime.

Like a true Cajun, Jerrod loved Mardi Gras and he could be seen around the area in the many parades and festivities.  He also enjoyed just hanging out with his friends and family cooking and spending time together.  Jerrod was also an avid hunter.

He is survived by his mother, Jena (Tim) Blanchard Guidry of Jennings; father, David Ardoin of Welsh; his precious daughter, Hannah Dronet of Breaux Bridge; sisters, Kristin Ardoin of Hathaway, Devan Gary of Gueydan, Hali (Jon Logan) Fourneret of Tepatate, and Alexis Guidry of Basile; brothers, Morgan Ardoin of Jennings, Josh Guidry of Jennings and Timmy Guidry of Iowa; his maternal grandparents, Eugene and Elsie Roy Blanchard and paternal grandparents, David, Sr. and Faye Ardoin.

**Please note that the gathering capacity will be limited to 25% seating capacity of the church, as per state compliance. **
