Ivan Keith Labauve

Lake Arthur Funeral services for Mr. Ivan Keith LaBauve, 50, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Rev. Clyde Thomas officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur. Funeral home visitation on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until the time of services. Mr. LaBauve died at 2:20 p.m., Sunday, January 25, 2009 in Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Mr. LaBauve was a native of Jennings and resident of Lake Arthur. He was a graduate of Lake Arthur High School, Class of 1976. Mr. LaBauve was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. He attended Lafayette Regional Institute for two years. He was a licensed mixologist. Mr. LaBauve is survived by two daughters; Amber LaBauve and her wife, Nicole Benoit of Lake Arthur and Rae L. Fontenot and her husband, Scott of Cleburne, TX, his mother; Delia LaBauve of Lake Arthur, a sister; Dolores Manley and her husband, Earl of Lafayette, a brother; Robert Bobby LaBauve and wife, Laurie of Lake Charles and four grandchildren; Tyme Marie Naquin, Shayden Joseph Naquin, Xevyn Ray Naquin and Noah Scott Fontenot. He was preceded in death by his father, Ivy Ray Frick LaBauve and one brother, Ray Allen Razor LaBauve. Pallbearers will be Eric Manley, Shayden Naquin, Heather Manley, Ray Allen LaBauve, Jr., Brock Kull and Hunter LaBauve. Honorary pallbearers will be Xevyn Naquin and Noah Fontenot.
