Jennings Funeral services for Mr. Isaac T-Web Webster Lantz, 91 will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2012 in St. Josephs Catholic Church of Evangeline with Rev. Blaine Clement officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. Mr. Lantz died Sunday, January 29, 2012 at 5:55 a.m. in the Southwest Louisiana War Veterans Home. Visitation today Monday, January 30, 2012 will begin at 10:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service. Mr. Lantz was a native of Iota and lifelong resident of the Evangeline/Jennings area. He was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Evangeline, a World War II Army veteran, American Legion, Council on Aging, former member of the Blue Angels at the Jennings American Legion Hospital and a lifetime member of the VFW. Mr. Lantz enjoyed planting his tomatoes. He is survived by his wife; Juanita Myers Lantz of Evangeline, a son; Carl Pee Wee (Barbara) Lantz of Jennings, two sisters; Lula Lantz Hebert of Jennings and Ora Lantz Richard of Crowley, two sisters-in-law; Dorothy Lantz of Gillis and Audrey Myers of Jennings, one brother; Zanny Charles Rasberry of Mansfield, 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Mr. Lantz was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eva Leger Lantz, a daughter, Glenda Benoit LeJeune, two sons and a daughter “in-law, Geary Lantz and Ronnie Benoit and wife Cindy, a sister, Inez Lantz Cart and four brothers, Wilbert, Remy, Theodore and Gilbert Lantz.
