Isaac Gary, Jr.

JENNINGS Funeral services for Mr. Isaac Gary, Jr., 68, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2008 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Howard officiating. Burial will be in Andrus Cove Cemetery. Funeral home visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. today, Friday until time of services Saturday. Mr. Gary died at 1:45 p.m., Thursday, October 23, 2008 in the Jeff Davis Living Center. Mr. Gary was a lifelong resident of Jennings and he was a retired truck driver in the oilfield. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Moore Gary of Lake Arthur; four daughters, Mary JoAnn Quebodeaux and husband Steve of Broussard, Mary Theresa Woodard and husband, Larry C. of Georgia, Veronica Ann Johnson and husband, James of Lake Arthur, Nola Marie Mata and husband, Raymond of Biloxi, Mississippi; three step-daughters, Tanya Cormier of Lake Arthur, Kimberly Cormier of Morse and Mary Malos of Lake Arthur; four sons, Rufus Lee Ferguson of Krotz Springs, Isaac Steven Gary of Lake Charles, Ivy James Gary, Sr. and wife Sharlene Marie of Lake Charles, Isaac Gary, III and wife Lacy F. of Jennings; three step-sons, Ted Malos, Jr., Adam Malos and Tyler Malos all of Lake Arthur; 24 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Isaac and Marie Thibodeaux Gary, Sr.; one sister Gertrude Gary and two grandchildren, Bryanna Nycole Young and Brandyn Michael Young.
