Imogene Mack Thibodeaux

LAKE ARTHUR Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Imogene Mack Thibodeaux, 87, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 30, 2008 in the First United Methodist with Rev. Douglas Milliron officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery under direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur. Funeral home visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., today, Saturday; and 8:00 a.m., Sunday in the funeral home chapel. Mrs. Thibodeaux died at 9:10 a.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2008 in the Golden Age Nursing Home in Welsh. Mrs. Thibodeaux was a lifelong resident of Lake Arthur, a graduate of the Lake Arthur High School and she attended SLI, now ULL. She was a member of the First United Methodist and a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Benoit and husband Charlie of Lake Arthur, Mary Gary and husband Ronnie of Lake Arthur; three sons, Ronnie Thibodeaux of Lake Arthur, Johnny Thibodeaux and wife Fannie, of Youngsville, Mack Thibodeaux and wife Darlena of Lake Arthur; four step-children, Ervin Guidry and wife Judy of Big Woods, Calvin Guidry and wife Salevia of Lake Arthur, Rev. Tex Guidry and wife Jean of Abbeville and Betty Myers and husband Johnny of Sulphur; seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Wybra Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Pugh Mack, Sr.; two husbands, Louis T. Thibodeaux and Oran J. Guidry; one brother, Wybra Thomas Mack, Jr. and one grandson, Charles Christian Benoit. Pallbearers: Tyler Kibodeaux, Chad St. Germain, Patrick Thibodeaux, Kevin LaComb, Richard Mack, and Mark Lutyke
