Herman Louis Labauve

Funeral services for Mr. Herman Louis LaBauve, 93, of Jennings will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Arthur at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jay Alexius officiating. Burial will follow in Andrus Cove Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mr. LaBauve will begin on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. and continue until time of service.

Mr. LaBauve enjoyed cutting grass. He was known for his Gumbo File.  He also sold cans, vegetables and peanuts.

He is survived by his wife, Elise Marie Henry LaBauve; daughter, Sandy Faye LaBauve of Orange, TX and one brother, Johnny LaBauve of Jennings and his very special cousin, Loretta Guillory who has been a great help.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivy and Carmelite LeGros LaBauve, Sr.; his sister, Gracie Villemarette; and his brother, Ivy LaBauve, Jr.
