Funeral services for Hazel Boudreaux, 81, of Jennings will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church with Father Keith Pellerin officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
Visitation for Mrs. Boudreaux will begin on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. and continue until 8:00 p.m. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. It will resume Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. and continue until time to leave for church.
Mrs. Boudreaux was born on October 5, 1939 in Sweetlake, LA but was a lifelong resident of Jennings. She worked as a hairdresser.
She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Ardoin and husband Doug of Welsh; son, Percy Boudreaux, Jr. and wife Kayla of Welsh; three brothers, Allen Rogers, Bobby Rogers, Chester Rogers, all of Lake Charles; four grandchildren, Allie Chapman and husband Jeremy, Aaron Ardoin and wife Haley, Daphne and Phoebe Boudreaux; two great grandchildren, Hayden and Emma Chapman; step children, Melissa Lougon of Gueydan, Kim Boudreaux of Abbeville; step grandchildren, Jeremy Boudreaux, Ashley Delcambre and husband Cru, and Brooke Boudreaux; and step great grandchildren, Colby and Isabelle Chapman, Maddex and Easton Delcambre and Bailey Frederick.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmond and Armine Babineaux Rogers and her husband of 40 years, Percy Boudreaux, Sr.
Pallbearers will be Austin VanNess, Jeremy and Hayden Chapman, Chester Rogers, Jeremy Guidry, Larry Perkins and Chester Boudreaux.
